摘要
研究易切削非调质塑料模具钢的淬透性。试验结果表明，在空冷条件下该钢的表面和芯部的硬度相差不大，淬透性模拟结果显示当直径小于１００ｍｍ时，其芯部的空冷硬度可达ＨＲＣ２８。
The hardenability of free machining nonheat-treated plastic mould steel has been studied in this paper. It is shown that there is no difference of hardness within a cross section under air cooling conditions, and the hardness of steel is about HRC28 when the diameter is less than 100mm.
