相位对比磁共振技术测量冠状动脉血流的方法有效性研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的 评价相位对比磁共振技术测量冠状动脉主要分支血流的可行性。方法 选择11 例健康志愿者进行磁共振检查,对冠状动脉左前降支(LAD)和右冠状动脉(RCA)进行成像,利用相位对比、流速编码电影磁共振技术测量两支冠状动脉近段的血流,得到峰值流速、平均流速、平均流量等血流动力学参数。同时与经胸超声心动图(TTE)检查结果进行比较和相关性分析。结果 MR检查成功得到11支LAD及10支RCA近中段的峰值流速、平均流速及平均流量,测量值分别为(18.21±4.45)cm/s和(15.55±3.40)cm/s、(7.48±1.59)cm/s和(6.43±1.69)cm/s、(0.62±0.16)ml/s和(0.70±0.28)ml/s;所有参数与TTE检查结果比较具有良好的相关性,MR测量值与既往同类研究结果接近。结论 MR测量冠状动脉血流流速和流量是可行的。 Objective To research the feasibility of measuring velocity and flow value in main branches of coronary arteries with phase contrast magnetic resonance imaging. Methods Eleven healthy adult volunteers underwent MR examination. On the base of images of the LAD and RCA branches, the velocity encoded phase contrast cine MRI was applied to measure the hemodynamic parameters in the proximal of these vessels, including the peak velocity, the mean velocity and the mean flow per second. Then all volunteers underwent TTE examination, and the results were compared and analyzed. Results The peak velocity, mean velocity and mean flow values in LAD and RCA were (18.21±4.45)cm/s and (15.55±3.40)cm/s, (7.48±1.59)cm/s and (6.43±1.69)cm/s, (0.62±0.16)ml/s and (0.70±0.28)ml/s, respectively. All parameters had excellent correlation between the MR and TTE examinations. Conclusion Phase contrast MR imaging is a feasible method of measuring coronary artery flow.
