性轴激素LH、FSH、T水平测定对Klinefelter’s综合征的诊断意义

摘要 目的 测定 117例Klinefelter综合征 (Klinefelter’ssyndrome ,KS) ,37例特发性低促性腺激素性腺机能减退症(idiopathichypogonadotrapichypogonadism ,IHH) ,10 7例唯支持细胞综合征 (sertoli-cell-onlysyndrome ,SCOS) ,30例特发性无精子症 (idiopathicazoospermia ,IA) ,4 0例特发性少精子症 (idiopathicoligospermia ,IO)患者的性轴激素值 ,分析各疾病的LH、FSH、T值的差别 ,探索通过性轴激素测定诊断KS综合征的方法。方法 应用放免分析法测定血清性轴激素水平 ;外周血淋巴细胞用 16 4 0培养基常规培养 ,制片 ,作染色体核型分析。结果 通过测定血清LH、FSH、T值诊断KS ,敏感性为94 .87% ,特异性为 95 .79%。 Objective To examine the sex-Hormones of 117 cases of Klinefelter syndrome,37 cases of idiopathic hypogonadotrapic hypogonadism,107 cases of sertoli-cell-only syndrome, 30 cases of idiopathic azoospermia and 40 cases of idiopathic oligospermia. To find a simpler way in diagnosis of Kelinefelter syndrome by statistically analyzing serum levels of luteinizing homone(LH),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH) and Testosterone(T). Method The serum levels of LH,FSH and T were determined by radioimmunoassay(RIA). Blood lymphocyte was cultured for routing chromosome analysis. Result The sensitivity is 94.87%,specifity is 95.79% in Kelinefelter Syndrome diagnosis by serum LH,FSH,T examination. Conclusion Sex-hormone examination has significance in diagnosing klinefelter syndrome.
