摘要
目的 建立一种测定水中CPs的新方法。方法 在pH 8.5tris-HCl缓冲液中微量 2 ,4-DCP等CPs能导致HSA荧光猝灭。以 2 ,4-DCP为代表研究了该反应的性能和条件。结果 最大激发波长 (λex)和最大荧光波长 (λem)分别为 2 90nm、344nm ,方法线性范围为 0 .75~ 6.5 0 μg 1 0mL ,检出限为 2 .2 6× 1 0 -10 g mL。RSD小于 3.2 4 % ,样品加标回收率为 96.44%~ 1 0 5 .94%。结论 该方法具有灵敏度高、操作简便、选择性好、成本低等特点。结合C18柱固相萃取分离 ,应用该法测定了几种环境水样中CPs的含量 (以 2 ,4-DCP计算 ) 。
Objective In this paper, a new method for the determination of tracing CPs with HSA was established. Methods The method was based on the fluorescence quenching effect of HSA by CPs in the buffer of tris-HCl at pH 8.5.The determination condition had been worked out. Results λex=290 nm and λem=344 nm, a good linear relation was within the range of 0.75~6.50 μg/10 mL and a detection limit was 2.26×10 -10 g/mL for 2,4-DCP. The relative standard deviation was less than 3.24% and the recovery of standard was from 96.44% to 105.94%. Conclusion This method had the advantage of high sensitivity as well as good selectivity and low cost and operational simplicity. This method with C 18 solid phase extraction had been used to detect trace CPs including 2,4-DCP et al in several water sample with satisfactory results.
