摘要
超声波焊机设计专家系统软件包括３个相关的模块，即材料可焊性判别、声学系统优化ＣＡＤ以及焊接工艺参数优选。本系统采用Ｃ语言并通过ＴｕｒｂｏＣ编译。声学系统优化ＣＡＤ软件提供换能器、聚能器、耦合杆以及上声极等声学元件的优化设计方法。ＳＤ－１型锂电池专用超声波焊机即采用该系统进行设计并取得满意效果。
The ES software in ultrasonic welding consists of three relative modules:the weldability evaluation of the materials, the optimal CAD of acoustic system,the best choice of welding parameters;the system is programed in C language and is assembled by Turbo C. The software of the optimal CAD of acoustic system provides with an optimal design method of 'acoustic elements' such as transducer, waveguide, coupling pole, tip etc. A special purpose ultrasonic welding machine type SD-1 for Li cell is perfectly designed by the system.
