摘要
在研究双控线滚子行星减速器的传动原理及其结构型式的基础上开发了双摆线滚子行星减速器CAD系统。研究减速器主要参数的优化设计方法,根据优化结果在AutoCAD中自动绘出减速器主要部件的零件图,用计算机建立减速器的实体模型并模拟其啮合运动。
On the foundation of researching the drive principle and structure types of the double cycloid planetary speed reducer with rollers, a CAD system for the double cycloid planetary speed reducer with rollers was developed in this paper:researched the optimizing method of the speed reducer's main parameters, drew part drawings of the speed reducer's main parts automaticallyby auto CAD based on the optimized results,built the so lid model of the speed reducer on a computer and simulated its engaging motion.
