摘要 用带角变形的焊接接头宽板试样拉伸过程模拟厚壁多面壳体胀球过程。用大变形弹塑性有限元计算拉伸时焊接接头的应变、应力分布,分析焊缝金属强度等因素对其分布规律的影响,并用实验力学方法对有限元结果进行验证。 In the paper, the hydrobulging process of thick wallness polyhedral shells was first simulated by using the tension of wide plate specimens with an angular welded joints then the strain and stress distribution of the welded joints during tension were calculated by large deformation elastoplastic FEM, the effect of welded metal strength etc. On the distribution was analyzed and the FEM results were verified by the method of exprimental mechanics.
