The Two Poles of Finnish Architecture -Aalto, Blomstedt and their Architectural Schools

本文从学术流派的角度分析芬兰现代建筑的发展历程,重点分析介绍阿尔托和布隆这两位对芬兰和世界现代建筑产生深远影响的两位建筑大师,通过他们各自的理论和作品来阐述其学术观点,并进而介绍两个学术流派的继承者比尔蒂拉和路苏沃里,最后论及芬兰当代建筑师当中的代表人物如莱维斯加和沙里宁等人的创作活动。

This article try to analyse the general development of Finnish Modern Architecture from the view of academic schools, through the introduction of their design theory and works, the author speically talk about Alvar Aalto and Aulis Blomstedt, the two great architects who have influenced Finnish and world modern architecture deeply. The author then introduce Pietila and Rusuuvuori, the most important architects after Aalto and Blomstedt, as well as the leading architects such as Leiviska and Salminen, concerning their active design achievement.
