摘要
在制动器控制系统中设置多片全盘式液压制动器装置,并通过合理的结构设计工参数确定,始终保持原设计的最佳间隙值,制动行程不会改变,也无须对制动器进行复杂的预调。
in this paper,an adjuster in the hydraulic multipledisc brake is developed by designing the structure and determining structural parameters rationally in the brake control system,the clearance between these discs is maintained automatically even though friction discs have some defects resulting from manufacturing or installing and from the disc wearing and deformation.It makes the brake travel keep a constant distance and it is unnecessary to make complex presetting when installing the hydraulic brakes.
