摘要
基于工作原理,分析了谐振式科氏质量流量传感器的非线性干扰形成的机制以及对传感器的影响;提出了解决非线性影响的措施;初步的实验研究结果表明所提出的技术措施具有较好实用效果,对提高该传感器的性能有重要意义。
Based on the operating principle of the resonant Coriolis mass flowmeter, the influence mechanism of the nonlinear vibration to flowmeter is investigated. The measure to reduce the nonlinear disturbance factor is introduced. The current experiments are of significant and the technical measure presented could improve the performances of the flowmeter.
