摘要
失效模式及影响分析(FMEA)适合分析产品或过程的潜在失效模式、失效原因和相关影响,以便主动采取预防措施防止缺陷(失效)发生。基于质量管理和质量监控相结合的“全质量”系统,研究了先进生产模式下的FMEA应用,提出并建立了以设计预防和过程监控相结合为主旨的计算机辅助FMEA系统,讨论了如何更好地在全质量管理中实施FMEA。
Failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) adapt to analyses the potential failure modes, causes and relative effects of product or process, then take measures to prevent scrap (failure) from happening in advance. Based on 'Total quality' system, which consists of quality management and quality monitoring, research of FMEA applicated in advanced enterprise environment has been carried out. Computer aided FMEA (CAFMEA), which characterized by preventive design and process monitoring, is proposed and established, and then the better developing direction of FMEA in 'total quality' management is discussed.
