摘要
目的:探讨多层螺旋CT(multidetector spiral CT,MSCT)气管支气管重建技术的临床应用价值。方法:对50例患者均行多平面重建(multiplanar reformation,MPR)/曲面重建(curve multiplanar reformation,CMPR)、表面遮盖显示(shaded surfaced display,SSD)、最小密度投影(minimum inten-sity projectiong,MinIP)和仿真支气管内镜(CTvirtual bronchoscopy,CTVB)等方法重建。结合病理,判断其敏感性和特异性。结果:MPR/CMPR、SSD、MinIP和CTVB的敏感性分别为90%、60%、40%和55%,特异性分别为70%、50%、100%和70%,准确率分别为86%、58%、52%和58%。结论:MSCT重建技术对于气管支气管病变具有重要的诊断价值。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical applications of the 2D、3D post-process- ing of MSCT in the tracheobronchi. Methods: Thin section with MSCT was performed in 50 patients with tracheobroncial diseases, to show 2D,3D images of tracheobronchi followed by MPR (multiplanar reformation)/ CMPR(curve multiplanar reformation)、SSD (shaded surfaced display)、MinIP (minimum intensity projectiong) and CTVB (CT virtual bronchoscopy). All cases were confirmed by pathology and clinical data. Results: The overall sensitivities, specificities and accuracies were 90%,60%,40%,55%,70%,50%,100%,70% and 86%,58%, 52%,58%,respectively. Conclusion: The clinic applications of post-processing of MSCT in diagnosis for tracheobronchial lesion is quite important.
