掺钕磷酸盐激光玻璃中铂微粒夹杂物的检验──铜蒸气激光（CVL）散射法

Inspection of Platinum Inclusions in Nd-doped Phosphate Laser Glass──Copper vapour laser(CVL)scattering method

根据高亮度超显微法原理，研究应用铜蒸气激光（ＣＶＬ）散射法检验掺钕磷酸盐激光玻璃中的铂微粒夹杂物。检测结果与ＹＡＧ激光破坏几率测试法进行对照，两者结果吻合得很好。

Based on the principle of high-light ultra-microscopy inspection of platinuminclusions in Nd-doped phosphate laser glass was made by means of copper vapour laser(CVL)scattering. Comparing with laser damage-testing method,it was found that the tworesults are in good agreement.
