油页岩废渣的致癌性研究

Carcinogenicity Studies of Oil Shale Wastage

为评价茂名油页岩废渣的致癌性,利用昆明种小鼠进行了慢性毒性实验。油页岩废渣样品用二氯甲烷提取。结果表明,油页岩废渣中多环芳烃含量很低,油页岩废渣提取液能诱发动物肿瘤,但与对照组比较无显著性差别。

Chronic experimants in KM(Kunming)mice were carried out in order to evaiuation the carcinogenicity of Maoming oil shale wastage. The experiment lasted for 18 months All the samples of wastage were extracted by dichloromethane. Results show that the content of PAH was low Tumor of animal could be induced by the extract of oil shale wastage. But there was no significant difference in the oil shale group as compared with the control group.
