摘要 为改善水质,中国石油天然气股份有限公司独山子分公司二循环水厂采用全有机高效缓蚀阻垢剂ZJ-720配方。其中主要组分为有机膦酸盐和有机膦酸酯、锌盐、丙烯酸/磺酸盐共聚物等。实验室评定表明:在药剂浓度为60mg/L的情况下,碳钢试样的腐蚀率为0.029mm,a,粘附速度为4.32mcm,均达到很好级;现场工业应用监测表明:其腐蚀率为0.014-0.075mm/a,粘附速度为4.57-18.54mcm,优于指标要求。 The NO. 2 cooling water plant of Dushanzi Petrochemical Company employed fully organic high-efficiency anti-fouling corrosion inhibitor ZJ-720 formula. The main ingredients of the formula were organic phosphate, phosphate ester, zinc salt and copolymer of acrylic acid/sulfonate etc. The laboratory assessment tests showed that, at a concentration of 60 mg/1, the corrosion rate of test coupon was 0.029 mm/yr and the cohesion rate was 4.32 mcm, which were at the best levels. In the commercial application, the corrosion rate was 0.014-0.075 mm/yr and the cohesion rate was 4.57-18.54 mem, which were better than specifications.
