摘要
叙述了强抗干扰型正弦调制式半导体激光有源干涉仪(Laserdiodeactiveinterferometer)的工作原理。它比目前的半导体激光有源干涉仪的抗干扰能力提高了50%。还给出了各种实验结果。
The peper describe the operation principle of laser diode active intorferometorthat with the sttong ability of eliminating enwtonmental disturbance by using sinusoidallysyncronired differential modulation. The ability of eliminating environmenatal disturbance ofthiskind of interferometer is raised by more than 50% compered with interferometer thatwith nomodulation.
