摘要 目的:认识星形胶质细胞的神经保护作用和促进干细胞神经分化功能的作用及其机制。资料来源:应用计算机检索Pubmed数据库1990-01/2005-01关于星形胶质细胞神经生物学功能、营养、保护、促分化作用的相关文章,检索词为“astrocyte和“neuron,protection,differentiation,mechanism,分别组合进行检索,限定文章语言种类为English。同时计算机检索万方数据库1995-01/2005-01关于星形胶质细胞神经生物学功能、营养、保护、促分化作用的文章,检索词星形胶质细胞,神经元,保护作用,分化,机制,限定文章语言种类为中文。资料选择:对资料进行初审,选取有关星形胶质细胞的神经营养、保护及促分化作用的研究。纳入标准:①随机对照临床和基础研究,采用单盲,双盲或非盲法。②实验包含平行对照组。排除标准:重复性研究。资料提炼:共收集到322篇关于星形胶质细胞生物学功能研究的文章入选28篇,因为这些文章能包含其他文章的内容,体现了星形胶质细胞功能的研究进展。资料综合:在入选的28篇文章中,星形胶质细胞神经保护功能22篇星形胶质细胞促进干细胞分化的6篇。除了传统上认识到的生物学功能,星形胶质细胞还参与中枢神经系统疾病和损伤的过程,表现为脑损伤后胶质的活化增生;并且有促进神经分化的作用。 OBJECTIVE:To study the effect of astrocyte on neuroprotection and the neurodifferentiation of stem cells and the mechanisms. DATA SOURCES:Using the key terms “astrocyte' combined with“neuron,protection,differentiation,mechanism' respectively,we searched the Pubmed database for the relevant articles about the role of astrocyte in neurobiology,neurotrophy,neuroprotection and accelerating the differentiation in English language from January 1990 to January 2005.Meanwhile, using the same key terms in Chinese,we searched the Wanfang database from January 1995 to January 2005. STUDY SELECTION:All articles were selected firstly,those were relevant to the role of astrocyte in neurotrophy, neuroprotection and accelerating the differentiation were selected.Inclusive criteria:①Randomized control clinical and basic researches,single blind,double blind or non blind trials;②Experiments including parallel control group.Exclusive criteria:The duplicated researches. DATA EXTRACTION:Totally 322 articles about biological function of astrocyte were collected, 28 of which were included because they contained the others and reflected the progress of the research on astrocyte function. DATA SYNTHESIS:Among the 28 articles, 22 related to neuroprotection and 6 related to neurodifferentiation were included. Despite the traditional functions,astrocyte also participated in the process of disease and impairment of central nervous system through colloidal activation;meanwhile,astrocyte could promote neural stem cells,neural precursors and stem cells derived from other origins to differentiate into neurons. CONCLUSION:Recently,the research on astrocyte may provide new knowledge on central nervous system disease and form new therapeutic strategies for further research.
