摘要
以B 样条曲线为基元,根据两幅不同角度的冠脉造影图像重建冠状动脉树的三维骨架。首先采用B 样条曲线的“迭代最近点拟合算法”拟合二维血管中心线,由二维控制点计算三维控制点,然后根据曲线拟合误差和对应点匹配误差优化三维B 样条控制点,最后得到冠状动脉树三维骨架的B 样条描述。利用临床冠脉造影图像进行冠脉树骨架的三维重建实验,结果表明本重建方法比传统方法在重建精度和算法复杂性上都有较大的改善。
This paper is concerned with the 3D reconstruction of coronary artery’s skeleton from two single plane X-ray angiograms based on B-spline. Uniform three-order B-spline curve is used for fitting the vessel centerline, applying ‘iterative nearest point algorithm’. We optimize 3D B-spline control points calculated by 2D control points, according to the curve fitting errors and the corresponding points matching errors. Afterward we can get the B-spline description of 3D artery’s skeleton. The experiments of 3D reconstruction from clinical angiograms show that the method put forward in this paper has accuracy and complexity better than that of traditional method of point-based reconstruction.
