摘要
目的:研究不同糖代谢情况下维吾尔族2型糖尿病家系脂代谢的变化特点。方法:收集新疆和田地区维吾尔族2型糖尿病家系21个。按1997年美国糖尿病协会(ADA)关于糖尿病及糖耐量减低的诊断标准分为5组:①正常对照组,选先证者和其有血缘关系的亲属的配偶n=68)。②一(级亲属正常糖耐量组(n=83)。③一级亲属糖耐量减退/空腹血糖减损组(n=26)。④新诊断糖尿病组(n=15)。⑤糖尿病组(n=48)。比较各组血脂水平。结果:一级亲糖耐量减退/空腹血糖减损组、新诊断糖尿病组、糖尿病组三酰甘油水平犤(1.77±0.83),(3.06±2.91),(2.01±1.26)mmol/L犦均明显高于正常对照组犤(1.31±0.52)mmol/L犦(P<0.05~0.01)。糖尿病组低密度脂蛋白胆固醇lowdensitylipoproteincholesterol,LDL-C()水平明显高于正常对照组和一级亲属正常糖耐量组(P<0.05)。新诊断糖尿病组与糖尿病组三酰甘油水平比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);一级亲属正常糖耐量组和一级亲属糖耐量减退/空腹血糖减损组三酰甘油水平比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。一级亲属糖耐量减退/空腹血糖减损组和新诊断糖尿病组总胆固醇、LDL-C高于一级亲属正常糖耐量组,但差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。糖尿病组总胆固醇水平高于正常对照组和一级亲属正常糖耐量组(P<0.01)。各组高密?
AIM:To investigate the characteristics of change of blood lipid levels in Uygur type 2 diabetic pedigrees. METHODS:Twenty one Uygur type 2 diabetic pedigrees were recruited from Hetian of Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region.The first degree pedigrees were divided into 5 groups according to the diagnostic criteria of diabetes and impaired glucose tolerance(IGT) by American Diabetes Association (ADA) in 1997:① normal control group(spouses of pedigree members,n=68);② normal glucose tolerance(NGT) group(n=83);③ IGT/impaired fasting glucose(IGT/IFT) group(n=26);④ newly diagnosed diabetes mellitus(new DM) group(n=15);⑤ DM group(n=48).The levels of blood lipid among the groups were compared. RESULTS:The level of triglyceride(TG) was significantly higher in the IGT/FGT group, new DM group and DM group [(1.77± 0.83),(3.06± 2.91),(2.01± 1.26) mmol/L] than in the normal control group[(1.31± 0.52) mmol/L] (P< 0.05 to 0.01).The level of low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL C) in the DM group was obviously higher than those in the normal control group and NGT group(P< 0.05).There was no significant difference in the TG level between the new DM group and DM group(P >0.05),also between the NGT group and IGT/FGT group(P >0.05).The levels of total cholesterol(TC) and LDL C in the IGT/FGT group and new DM group were higher that that in the NGT group with insignificant difference(P >0.05).The TC level was higher in the DM group than in the normal control group and NGT group(P< 0.01).No significant difference was observed in the level of high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL C) among the groups(P >0.05). CONCLUSION:Lipid abnormalities are present in NGT relatives of type 2 diabetic pedigrees, manifested by increased TG level.The blood lipid changes during the DM progress are the increases of TG,LDL C and TC.
