摘要
采用“面对面”激光二极管泵浦Ｎｄ：ＹＶＯ４和ＫＴＰ内腔倍频，获得单横模单纵横绿光输出。阈值泵浦功率为１２ｍｗ，实测的单端绿光最大单横模输出为７．３ｍｗ，最大单纵模输出为１．５ｍｗ，光光转换效率为１．９％。全固化系统设计小型紧凑，运转可靠。
By using a miniature cavity and KTP cristal,an efficient intracavity frequency doubled Nd:YVO4 laser,'face to face' pumped by a laser diode has been established.The measured single-transversal TEMoo mode and single-longitudinal-mode SHG maximum outputS are 7.3 mW and 1.5 mW respectively.The threshold pump power is 12 mW and a total optical conversion efficiency of 1.9% for the second harmonic generation has beer obtained.
