翻白草对2型糖尿病大鼠血糖的影响 被引量:17

摘要 目的:研究中药翻白草水煎剂对2型糖尿病大鼠空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素、胰岛素敏感指数(insulinsensitivityindex,ISI)的影响。方法:80只Wistar大鼠随机抽取10只作为正常对照组,其余大鼠用高热量饲料加小剂量链脲佐菌素的方法建立实验性2型糖尿病大鼠模型,造模动物筛选后,随机分为二甲双胍对照组、模型对照组、翻白草大剂量组、翻白草中剂量组、翻白草小剂量组,10只/组,用翻白草水煎剂治疗8周,测定空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素,计算ISI。结果:模型对照组空腹血糖升高至(15.97±1.24)mmol/L,空腹胰岛素水平升高为42.43±4.25)mIU/L,ISI降低到-6.34±0.59),与正常((对照组比较差异均有显著性意义P<0.01);翻白草大、中、小剂量组(空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素水平下降明显,ISI升高,与模型组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:翻白草通过增强胰岛素的敏感性从而改善胰岛素抵抗,降低2型糖尿病大鼠的血糖。 AIM:To study the effects of Chinese herb of herba potenillae discoloris(HPD) decoction on fasting blood glucose(FBG),fasting insulin(FINS) and insulin sensitivity index(ISI) in rats with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM). METHODS:Eighty Wistar rats were used in this study,and 10 of them were taken as the normal controls,and the other 70 were made into T2DM models with high calorie diet and small dose injection of streptozotocin(STZ).After screening, the rat models were randomly divided into 5 groups with 10 rats in each group:metformin control group,model control group,HPD large,middle and small dosage groups.After treatment of HPD decoction for 8 weeks, the levels of the FBG and FINS were measured,and ISI was calculated. RESULTS:Compared with the normal control group,the levels of FBG[(15.97± 1.24) mmol/L]and FINS[(42.43± 4.25) mIU/L] were remarkably increased,while ISI(- 6.34± 0.59) was significantly decreased in the model control group(P< 0.01).The FBG and FINS levels were markedly decreased while ISI was increased in the HPD large, middle and small dosage groups as compared with those in the model control group(P< 0.05,P< 0.01). CONCLUSION:HPD decoction can enhance the insulin sensitivity,which leads to the amelioration of insulin resistance and reduce of FBG level in T2DM rats.
