黄芪多糖对健康体检者淋巴细胞亚群的调节作用 被引量:34

摘要 目的:探讨黄芪多糖对健康成人免疫力的调节作用。方法:研究对象为本实验室26名工作人员,为自愿受试者,纳入标准:①健康体检合格。②年龄21~68岁。实验时间为2004-01-12/02-12,每日早晚各2次服用黄芪多糖,每次一袋5g,2周1个疗程,总疗程共4周,分别比较用药前及用药后第2周、第4周免疫5项指标及外周血白细胞检测。免疫5项指标用SimultestTMIMK-LymphocyteKit荧光抗体对血液进行双标染色,以FACSCalibur流式细胞仪进行分析,SimulSET获取数据并分析结果。结果:服药2,4周后与服药前相比,总淋巴细胞水平有明显增高趋势,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),T辅助细胞和T抑制细胞(CD3,CD4/CD3,CDRatio)比值增高;T抑制细胞(CD3+,CD8+)水平降低,4周后变化更加明显(P<0.01),NK细胞活性有增高趋势,但差异无显著性,其他指标无明显变化。并且服药后肌酸激酶、乳酸脱氢酶、肌酸激酶同功酶及天冬氨酸氨基转移酶、丙氨酸氨基转移酶等酶的水平没有明显变化。结论:黄芪多糖通过增高T辅助细胞和T抑制细胞(CD3,CD4/CD3,CDRatio)比值及总淋巴细胞、NK细胞活性来提高人体免疫水平。未造成心脏、肝脏功能的改变。 AIM:To investigate the regulative effect of astragalus polysaccharide on the immunity of healthy adults. METHODS:Twenty personnels in this laboratory were examined voluntarily.Inclusion criteria:① qualified with the physical examination;② aged 21 to 28 years old.The experiment was carried out from January 12th to February 12th,2004.All the subjects took astragalus polysaccharide twice a day in the morning and evening respectively,5 g for each time,two weeks as a course, and the total course was four weeks.The 5 indexes of immunity and leucocyte in peripheral blood were determined before and 2 and 4 weeks after medication respectively.Double labeled staining to blood was performed with Simultest TM IMK Lymphocyte Kit fluorescent antibody,the 5 indexes of immunity was analyzed with FACS Calibur flow cytometry,and the data were obtained and analyzed with SimulSET. RESULTS:Compared with before medication,the activities of total T lymphocyte,B lymphocyte and NK cell were significantly increased(P< 0.05),the ratio of T accessory cell to T suppressor cell(CD3,CD4/CD3,CD ratio)was increased,and the level of T suppressor cell was decreased, the changes were more obvious after 4 weeks(P< 0.01),NK cell activity was insignificantly increased,and other indexes had no obvious changes.There were no marked changes in the levels of creatine kinase(CK),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),creatine kinase isoenzyme,aspartate aminotrasferase and alanine aminotransferase. CONCLUSION:Astragalus polysaccharide can improve the immunity of human body by means of increasing the ratio of T accessory cell to T suppressor cell(CD3, CD4/CD3,CD ratio) and the activities of total T lymphocyte,B lymphocyte and NK cell.It can not change heart and liver functions.
