摘要
采用CCPM(ConstrainedChemicalPotentialMethod)法分析PbSOH系多组元平衡,共考虑27个气相组分和5个凝固相组分。结果表明,水蒸气焙烧PbS精矿,增加湿度、H2、S2、SO2和PbO分压及减少PbS分压都有可能使气相中Pb的分数减少。Pb(l)、Pb(s)、PbO(s)、PbSO4(s)及PbS(s)在氧势较弱的焙烧气氛下可能形成冷凝态产物。
The multi-components equilibrium of the Pb-S-O-H system is analyzed by using a Constrained Chemical Potential Method (CCPM). A total 27 species in vapor phase and 5 condensable constituents are considered. The results show that the Pb fraction in gas phrase is reduced with the increase of the moisture and the partial pressure of H_2、S_2、SO_2 and PbO, and with the decrease of the partial pressure of PbS. The condensed products of Pb_ (l), Pb_ (s), PbO_ (s), PbSO_ 4(s) and PbS_ (s) can be formed under the roasting atmosphere with weak oxygen potential.
