摘要 针对某企业金属镁生产原料配料过程,采用单片计算机配以测控接口和应用软件,设计机电一体化连续动态配料过程计算机控制系统,实现对机械连续配料过程的动态检测和定量控制。系统提高了连续配料过程的精确度与可靠性,能够根据生产工艺和机械设备的具体要求,实现原料配料、冶炼过程、质量检测等全过程的计算机控制。系统在实际生产过程中运行可靠,各项技术指标达到或超过工艺要求的配料标准,取得了明显的经济效益,具有广阔的应用前景。 The continuous burdening control system for a magnesium smelter is designed by using of the hierarchical computer with reliability and maintenance in order for dynamically monitoring and quantitatively controlling of the continuously mechanical burdening process. The accuracy and reliability of continuous burdening operation is increased by adoption of the control system, and the computer control of integral process including primary material burdening, smelting and quality detection can be achieved according to the specific requirements of production technology and machinery. In practice, the control system is reliable, and the indexes are up to or over the burdening standard. It is profitable in economy and broad prospects in application.
