前交叉韧带重建患者出院后膝关节功能康复管理

Rehabilitation management of knee function in the discharged patients with anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction

目的:前交叉韧带重建术患者常常疏于出院后康复管理,为此通过加强前交叉韧带重建患者出院后的康复管理并进行效果分析,探讨其对膝关节功能恢复的重要性。方法:1998-02/2002-04大连医科大学附属第一医院骨科对47例前交叉韧带重建术后出院患者,通过门诊随诊、家庭随诊和电话指导的方式进行系统管理。6个月后进行Lysholm评分、关节稳定性、肌力和活动度测定,进行效果分析。结果:全部病例术后康复管理均在8个月以上。术后3个月,膝关节活动度恢复正常。术后6个月,膝关节功能评分为(91.8±2.2)分,KT-2000测定显示患侧和健侧松弛度<3mm,Cybex测定肌肉功能达到健侧80%以上。结论:加强前交叉韧带重建术后患者出院后的康复管理,对保证术后膝关节功能恢复是有必要的。

AIM:To intensify the rehabilitation management for the discharged patients aft er anterior cruciate ligament(ACL) reconstruction and analyze the effects so as to evaluate the importance of rehabilitation management to the recovery of knee function because the discharged patients always ignore the rehabilitation manage ment after ACL reconstruction. METHODS:From February 1998 to April 2002,47 discharged patients after treated with ACL reconstruction in the Department of Orthopaedics,First Affiliated Hospi tal of Dalian Medical University was systematically managed by out patient and home follow up and telephone guide.Lysholm score,joint stability,muscular stren gth and range of motion were measured and then the effects were analyzed. RESULTS:All the cases were managed postoperatively for 8 months or more.Range of motion of knee recovered to normal at 3 months after operation.Average Lyshol m score was(91.8±2.2) points for knee function.The relaxation range of all the injured knees and the normal knees was less than 3 mm dectected by KT 2000.Musc ular function was over 80%of the normal extremity shown by Cybex. CONCLUSION:It is very necessary to intensify the rehabilitation management for the discharged patients after ACL reconstruction for the postoperative recovery of knee function.
