摘要
在200MHz~1500MHz~2000MHz范围内,通过测量氦的侧光谱和632.8nm小信号增益随激励频率的影响,研究了氦氖激光器微波激励的频率特性。
Over a frequency range of 200 MHz ̄1500 MHz ̄2000 MHz,the side-lightspectrum of helium microwave discharge and the dependence of small signal gain at 632. 8um on excited frequency were measured. The microwave excited frequency characteristicsof a He-Ne laser has been investigated.
