中期因子蛋白表达水平与宫颈癌血管生成以及患者生存期评价 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨中期因子的蛋白表达水平与宫颈癌组织内血管生成、生物学特性和预后的关系。方法:选择1996-01/1999-12川北医学院附属医院肿瘤科的宫颈癌患者49例,采用免疫组化方法检测其组织内中期因子的蛋白表达和微血管密度,并与临床病理及预后指标对照分析。结果:宫颈癌的微血管密度平均为(24.2±5.6)条/高倍视野,中期因子表达阳性率为59.2%。Ⅱ~Ⅲ期、微血管密度高以及术后生存时间短的患者,中期因子阳性表达率明显高于Ⅰ期、微血管密度低及术后生存时间长的患者(P<0.05)。结论:宫颈癌中期因子蛋白表达的阳性表达率较高,中期因子蛋白的表达与宫颈癌血管形成、浸润、进展、术后生存时间有密切关系,提示宫颈癌组织中期因子的蛋白表达水平可作为患者预后评估的重要指标。 AIM:To investigate the relation of protein expression level of midkine(MK) wit h angiogenesis,biological features and prognosis of cervical carcinoma. METHODS:From January 1996 to December 1999,49 patients with cervical carcinoma were selected from the Department of Oncology,Affiliated Hospital of North Sich uan Medical College.Protein expression of MK and microvessel density(MVD) in cer vical carcinoma tissues were determined in the 49 cases by using immunohistochem istry,and then compared with the results of clinical pathological examination an d prognostic indexes. RESULTS:The mean MVD of cervical carcinoma was 24.2±5.6 pieces per higher vis ion and positive expression rate of MK was 59.2%.The positive rate of MK was si gnificantly higher in the patients at FIGO stageⅡto Ⅲwho had higher MVD and sh orter survival time than in the patients at FIGO stageⅠwho had lower MVD and lo nger survival time(P< 0.05). CONCLUSION:The protein expression rate of MK in cervical carcinoma is high,and highly related to angiogenesis,growth,invasion of cervical carcinoma and postop erative survival time,indicating that the protein expression level of MK is one of the predictors for the prognostic evaluation of cervical carcinoma.
