摘要
目的:观察桡神经肌支自身比例定位关系,为前臂部创伤修复及肌瓣移植提供形态学依据。方法:实验于2003-01/2004-12在暨南大学医学院人体解剖学实验室完成。采用解剖剥离测量方法,对25具(共50侧)成人上肢标本桡神经深支发出的前臂后区深层肌支进行自身比例定位分析。结果:①桡神经深支发出的各肌支以1支型出现率最多。②桡神经深支发出的各肌支集中于上肢的6段。③桡神经深支发出的各肌支进入各肌门的区位,均有倾向于以神经干为轴心近距离分布的规律。结论:确定了桡神经深支肌支的危险区段和危险区位,有利于开展带神经血管蒂肌瓣移植时肌支类型的选择。
AIM:To observe the auto proportion location of the muscular branches of radia l nerve so as to provide morphological data for the wound repair and transplanta tion of the muscular flap in the anterior arm. METHODS:The study was finished in the Laboratory for Human Anatomy, Medical Co llege of Jinan University from January 2003 to December 2004.An auto proportion localization of the deep muscular branches of the posterior region in the anter ior arm from deep muscular branches of radial nerve in 50 sides of 25 adults was analyzed by dissection and detachment measurement. RESULTS:①The occurrence frequency of one branch was mostly found in the deep muscular branches of radial nerve.②The muscular branches of radial nerve mainly located in the sixth segments of upper limbs.③The regions from deep muscular b ranches going into their corresponding muscle of radial nerve distributed close to the nerve trunk. CONCLUSION:The location of dangerous segments and dangerous region of the musc ular branches of radial nerve was confirmed to choose the favorable type of the muscular branches during the transplantation of muscular flap with nerves and bl ood vessels.
