CW Frequency-stabilized Ring Ti:sapphire Laser with Four Mirrors

摘要 在四镜环行像散补偿腔中,使用宽带光学单向器迫使单向行波运转,使用复合石英双折射滤光片调谐波长并压窄线宽,使用单片标准具选取单纵模,实现了连续钛宝石激光器单频运转。通过电子伺服系统将输出激光的频率锁定在共焦参考腔上。在790nm波长处,输出183mW时,频率稳定性优于430kHz;输出324mW时,频率稳定性优于610kHz,稳定时间大于1min。 The single frequency operation of a cw Ti:sapphire laser has been realized withan astimagition compensated ring cavity of four mirrors. A wideband optical diode wasplaced inside the cavity to force the tarvelling wave to travel unidirectionally. Anintracavity complexed birefrigent filter and an etalon were used to tune wavelength, reducelinewidth and select the single longitudinal mode. Laser frequency was locked to a con focalreference cavity through electronic servo loop. Less than 430 kHz of frequency fluctuationwhen output was 183 mW and less than 610 kHz of frequency fluctuation when output was324 mW within one minute were demonstrated at the wavelength of 790um.
