摘要
介绍了利用1.06μm准连续YAG激光对红外滤光片进行损伤的实验,从薄膜热物性的角度确定红外滤光片的损伤阈值.通过对红外滤光片的损伤过程的研究,初步提出红外滤光片的损伤机理。
In this paper,experiments of laser-induced damage of infrared filters by quasiconvence wave Nd:YAG laser were presented. Damage threshold was determented in the light of thermal performance of thin film.Damage mechanism was preliminarily put forward by studying the damage process of the infrared filters induced by lasers.
