摘要
根据青岛市黄岛区电镀工业园实际,提出了电镀废水处理方面存在的普遍性问题;提出了漂洗和气雾喷淋洗涤相结合的闭路水循环系统,以减少废水排放;论述了对含氰废水,含铬废水,重金属废水以及酸碱废水等四种废水分别处理的方法,特别是铬的回收处理方案,体现了电镀废水处理方面的全新思路。
This paper gives the common problems of waste water treatment in electroplating according to the practice of Electroplating Industrial Park, Huangdao District, Qindao City,and presents the closed water circulation system in which the rinse is combined with spray washing to reduce the discharge of waste water.Four respective treatment methods of waste water contained CN,Cr,other heavy metal and acids and alkali are discussed and specially the recovery plan of Cr,which shows the novel idea in waste water treatment, is put forward.
