摘要
本文应用Ｎｄ：ＹＡＧ激光治疗中晚期中心型肺癌４３例，显效３３例，有效１０例，总有效率达１００％。术中术后，病人情况良好，未发生大出血及其它严重并发症。认为Ｎｄ：ＹＡＧ激光治疗中心型肺癌，是一种新的、有效的、安全的治疗手段，并可提高病人生存质量。
cases of central type bronchogenic carcinoma were treated with Nd:YAG laser.33 cases improvedmarkedly and 10 cases improved The total effective rate was 100%.No hemorrhage or other complications oc-curred.The authors concluded that treatment of central type lung cancer with Nd:YAG laser is a novel,effec-tive and safe method.It could improve life quality of the patients.
