钛合金断裂韧性与屈强差的关系初探 被引量:11

摘要 研究了近α型TA15,α+β型Ti6Al4V及亚稳定β型TB83种钛合金断裂韧性与屈服强度、强度极限的关系,提出了屈强差的概念。结果表明:屈强差增大,断裂韧性增加,且对Ti6Al4V和TB8两者之间有线性关系;β热变形或β热处理是提高屈强差和断裂韧性的有效方法。 The relationships between proof, ultimate strength difference and the fracture toughness K-1C of three kinds of titanium alloys, such as near α alloy TA15, α+β alloy Ti6Al4V and metastable β alloy TB8, have been investigated. A new parameter, proof-ultimate strength, was proposed. The experimental results show that the fracture toughness K-1C increases with the increasing of proof-ultimate strength difference, and there is linear relationship between them for Ti6Al4V and TB8. It is an important way to increase proof-ultimate strength difference and fracture toughness by β hot deformation or β heat treatment process.
