摘要
用MTT法比较了不同能量的脉冲铜蒸气激光、不同浓度的3种光敏剂(PSD-007、BHpD和YH-pD)对5株人鼻咽癌细胞(CNE2、HNE1、HNE2、HNE3,和HoNE1的体外杀伤效应。结果表明:(1)激光合并光敏剂即令能量较低、剂量较小,也能显示明显的杀伤效应,而单用激光或单用光敏药物则只在较高能量和较大剂量时才显示轻微杀伤效应。(2)5株鼻咽癌细胞对3种光敏剂的PDT敏感性彼此存在着差异。(3)在一定激光能量和光敏剂浓度时,PSP-007的杀伤效应优于BHpD和YHpD,而YHpD又稍优于BHpD。
The MTT colorirnetric assay was used to quantitate the PDT effect of three photosensmzers(PSD-007 f YHpD and BHpD)with pulsed copper vapor pumped dye laser on five nasopharyngeal cancer cell lines.The resuIts were as follows:(1)Photosensitizers(1.25 to 50μg/ml)plus laser(1 to 12J/cm2)showed sig-nificant cytocidal effect as compared with either laser alone and photosensitizer alone(P<0.01);(2)The sensitivity of the five NPC cell lines to three photosensitizers varied ;(3)With the same power density anddrug concentration,PSD-007 showed the strongest PDT effect,while BHpD was similar to or slightlyweaker than YHpD.
