Nd:YAG激光透巩膜睫状体光凝降眼压的实验研究

摘要 本文报道了一种廉价的激光聚焦头与连续波Nd:YAG激光联用,在一组有色家兔眼实施透巩膜睫状体光凝,激光输出功率为10W,光凝时间0.5秒,聚焦头位于角膜缘后1mm。每只兔眼给予12个光凝点,眼压在光凝术后1~3天降至最低点,连续观察32天,眼压下降较光凝前均有非常显著意义(P<0.01)。光凝术后巩膜无明显损害,眼球前节的炎症反应在术后7~10天消退。本文还讨论了激光透巩膜睫状体光凝的降眼压机理。 Contact transscleral cyclophotocoagulation using a cw Nd:YAG laser with a simple contact probe was performed on a series of pigrnented rabbit eyes. With the probe positioned lmm from the corneal lirnbus,de-livered energy of 5J(10W,0.5 sec) ,each eye received 12 such laser burns.By the following up for 32 days,the treated eyes had significantly lower mean IOP(P<0.01)and the lowest IOP occurred in the first 1~3 days after cyclophotocoagulation,The inflammatory reaction of anterior segrnent disappeared after 7~10days.The mechanism decreasing IOP by Nd:YAG treatrnent was discussed.
