脉冲激光和连续激光作光动力学治疗作用机制差异的探讨 被引量:4

摘要 80年代初以来,已进行了大量光动力学治疗的理论和临床研究。所用的激光光源可分为脉冲激光和连续激光两类。几年来某些临床研究表明两者的效果明显不同,前者的复发率往往高于后者。本文分析讨论了它的机制,认为主要由于光敏剂对脉冲激光的吸收比连续激光少、脉冲激光对肿瘤周围正常组织的破坏比连续激光严重以及脉冲激光容易导致局部癌组织的汽化、飞溅等因素所致。
