内六角冲头的研制及应用

摘要 在内六角冲头服役条件及失效形式分析的基础上,提出了模具材料优化、强韧化处理及QPQ表面处理等技术措施,研制出了一种高性能的内六角冲头.结果表明:处理后的W8Co3N钢能满足M4~M12系列内六角冲头的使用性能,其使用寿命与SKH55钢制造具有TiN涂层的同类模具水平相当,而价格却明显降低. On the basis of service conditions and failure forms of the inter-hexagon punches, some technology measures such as die materials optimization, strengthening and toughening treatment as well as surface treatment of QPQ were provided, and a type of high performance inter-hexagon punch was also developed. The results show that the W8Co3N (W8Mo3Cr4VCo3N) steel with above composite treating can meet the requirements of M4-M12 inter-hexagon punches and the service life is as same as that made of SKH55 steels with TiN coating, but it is much cheaper than the latter.
