变应性鼻炎激光治疗后鼻分泌物及血嗜酸细胞的变化

Eosinophils in Nasal Secretion and Blood of Patients with AIlergic Rhinitis Treated byNd:YAG Laser

本文报道２０６例变应性鼻炎病人经Ｎｄ：ＹＡＧ激光照射治疗后，显效１１０例（５３％），有效７４例（３６％），无效２２例（１１％）。对其中１５０例患者于照射前、后作了鼻分泌物及血液嗜酸细胞计数。治疗前后的变化表明激光治疗变应性鼻炎是一种有效的方法。

patients,142 males and 64 females,with allergic rhinitis were treated by Nd:YAG laser irradiationin our department with good results.There were significant response in 110(53%)cases,partial response in74(36%)and no response in 22(1%)).Except one case with mild wheeze,no recurrence occurred among the110 cases with significant response after following up for 6 months,Before treatment the laboratory examina-tion showed the presence of eosinophils in nasal serretion in all 150 patients examined and thd number ofeosinophils in blood was 200～500/mm3.After treatment,eosinophils disappeared in the nasal secretionsmear in 80% of the patients,and the blood eosinophil in all patients examined also showed a significant de-crease in 50～70%,The edema of the inferior turbinate mucosa diminished,its pale color changed into red,and nasal obstructing improved significantly,The results indicate that changes of eosinophils may be of im-portanc in the pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis.
