皮肤毛细血管瘤动物模型对不同波长激光照射的反应 被引量:2

摘要 本文以莱克亨鸡的鸡肉垂作为皮肤毛细血管瘤的动物模型,分别用Ar+、CO2和Nd:YAG激光照射,观察其组织反应。结果显示三种激光所引起的组织学改变基本相似,呈现出组织坏死层、炎症渗出层和肉芽组织层。Ar+激光效应仅达鸡肉垂表皮下层,致使该层之毛细血管组织全部或大部破坏,继而纤维组织增生,创伤全部愈合,与CO2和Nd:YAG激光相比,Ar+激光因损伤组织表浅,愈合后不留瘢痕,因而选用Ar+激光治疗皮肤毛细血管瘤病变,较其他激光具有明显的优点。 The wattle of Leghorn chickens was used as an animal model of skin hemangioma and was irradiated by Ar + laser, Nd:YAG laser and CO 2 laser The responses were examined histopathologically The results showed that histological changes caused by the three kinds of lasers were similar They appeared as a necrotizing layer, inflammatory exudation layer and granu&ation layer The effects of Ar + laser were limited in the subcutaneous layer in which all or most capillaries were destroyed, followed by fibroblast proliferation and healing Compared with CO 2 and Nd:YAG lasers, the damages caused by Ar + laser were superficial and no scar formed after healing Thesefore, in conclusion, Ar + laser irradiation is surperior to others in skin hemangioma treatments
