He-Ne激光治疗大白鼠实验性甲状腺功能亢进的组织形态学观察

Observations on Morphological Changes in the Thyroid Gland of the Hyperthyroid Rats after He Ne Laser Treatment

本文报道了我们给Ｗｉｓｔｅｒ大鼠服用复方碘溶液，促使其产生甲状腺功能亢进症状，然后用Ｈｅ－Ｎｅ激光对病灶局部进行照射治疗；同时用甲亢大鼠未照激光组、正常大鼠照射激光组作对照，分别于治疗后的３、１０、２０天处死，观察其组织学变化，研究结果发现，在适量Ｈｅ－Ｎｅ激光的作用下，使甲状腺分泌激素的功能得到调节，甲亢被控制。

This paper presents analyses and discussions of the tissue changes caused by He Ne laser treatment for hyperthyroidism and the significance of local radiation as well as the strict dose of laser radiaton In the experiment, we let Wistar Rats take some solution of iodine compound to impel them to have the symptome of hyperthyroidism Then, treat them with acupuncture point and local radiation by He Ne laser Meanwhile, we contrast two groups of rats One group is of the rats with hyperthyroidism, those were not irradiated by laser; the other is of the normal rats which have received laser irradiation The rats were killed 3,10,20 days after the treatment respectively and the morphological changes of the thyroid glands were studied We find that the function of thyroid gland has been regulated and the hyperthyroidism has been controlled
