铜蒸汽激光用于光动力疗法治疗鲜红斑痣50例疗效分析 被引量:30

摘要 氩离子激光和KTP/532激光用于光动力疗法治疗鲜红斑痣已取得了良好的临床效果。本文在此基础上,以铜蒸汽激光为光源,对50例鲜红斑痣患者的57个病灶进行了光动力学治疗,经2至14个月随访观察,治疗全部有效。本文还分析了与疗效有关的问题。 Photodynamic therapy has been proved to be a very efficacious and highly selective modality for port wine stains (PWS) by both basic and clinical investigations since more than 3 years For clinical application, argon and KTP lasers were successfully used In this study, copper vapor laser was adoped as light source in PDT for 50 PWS patients 57 lesions with their areas from 12 to 64cm 2 were irradiated by the power and energy densities ranged 70 ̄100mW/cm 2 and 160 ̄360J/cm 2 HpD was injected intravenously The results of 2 ̄14 months follow up showed that 15 lesions(26%) were cured completely, 27 lesions(47%) revealed near complete color faded, 14 lesions(25%) had obvious color faded and only 1 lesion (2%) showed slight color faded No any skin damage and vecurrence have been found The factors which may affect the effectiveness of the treatment were discussed
