在外包成为众多软件公司国际化的主要模式的时候,我们一定要清楚它并不是唯一的国际化模式。以我为主的“内包”方式或许可以弥补外包在控制权方面的缺失,尽管艰难。
China's software has been considered one of the most profitable industry, while when it goes to the world, it becomes the weakest. Outsourcing is often seen as the only way for China' s software enterprises to make profit. However, Gasoft is going to change that. Actually in-sourcing has be- come the way that is expected to facilitate Gasoft's go-global strategy.
