摘要
研究了宽带激光束对球墨铸铁QT6003缸体淬火后硬度、金相组织、变形量和耐磨性的影响。结果表明,QT6003材料缸体采用CO2激光器宽带扫描淬火,工艺参数取值为激光功率密度W=5kW/cm2,激光扫描速度v=5mm/s时,能实现缸体变形小,更耐磨的结果。
The influence of wide quenching process on the hardness,microstructure,deform and wear resistance of the to nodular iron QT600 3 was studied.Reaesrch results show that employing CO 2 wide laser scan quenching, W =5kW/cm 2 and v =5mm/s,to deal with QT600 3 cylinder block leads to less deform, better wear resistance.
