摘要
用氩气保护,用FeNiSiB(A)合金作中间层,对12Cr1MoV珠光体耐热钢和TP304H奥氏体不锈钢管进行了瞬时液相扩散连接。通过正交实验研究了工艺参数对接头组织和性能的影响,分析了其接头的显微组织、断口形貌、力学性能和元素分布,确定出了合适的连接工艺参数。
Heat resistant steel pipes 12Cr1MoV and austenite TP304H stainless steel pipes were joined by transient liquid phase bonding process using FeNiSiB (A) alloy as filler in argon atmosphere. The influence of the bonding parameters on the microstructures and mechanical property of bonding joint was studied by using the orthogonal experiment. The microstructures, fracture morphology, as well as the element distribution of the joints have examined.
