带斜推出机构的压铸模设计

Design of Die-casting Mould with Mechanism of Inclined Pulling Casts

针对斜插座铸件垂直方向难以脱模问题,设计了带斜推出机构的压铸模,并介绍了其结构和工作过程。该模具利用斜面改变推力方向原理,采用三脚推管实现斜插座铸件斜向脱模。模具结构简单紧凑,工作可靠,操作方便。

In order to solve the problem that the vertical stripping mould of inclined consent casts is difficult, a die casting mould with mechanism for inclined pulling casts is designed. A dissertation is made on the structure design and the operating principle of the die casting mould. Making use of the principle that a inclined plane can the direction of a force, a three legged ejector sleeve is adopted in the die casting mould to take cast stripping mould. The mould is compact in structure, credible and easy in operation.
