摘要
一维CdS半导体纳米材料(量子线)因其在磁学、电学及非线性光学等方面具有CdS体材料所不具备的特殊性质而倍受关注。在过去的几十年里,人们在CdS量子线的制备和应用方面进行了大量的研究。本文在总结硫化镉量子线及其阵列的制备方法基础上,对CdS量子线的发展趋势进行了讨论。
CdS is an important semiconductor material which has been applied in many fields, and CdS quantum-wire has come to the front because of its intriguing magnetic, electronic and nonlinear optical properties, which do not appear in CdS body material. This paper summarized the latest development of synthesizing CdS quantum-wires and their arrays on the basis of summing up their preparation methods, growth mechanisms and quality. The author discussed the advantages and disadvantages of the methods, and forecasted the development trend in fabricating CdS quantum-wires. Research results indicate that vapor-phase method and electrochemical method based on template are the two most promising methods. The CdS quantum wires fabricated by the above two methods have characters of higher pureness, more intactstructure, longer and controlled length. And more simple, easy control and lower cost make the solvothermal an attractive method.
