Value of Transvaginal CDFI in Ectopic Pregnancy Conservative Treatment

目的探讨经阴道彩色超声(TVCD)在宫外孕保守治疗监测中的价值。方法应用TVCD检查对63例宫外孕患者进行早期诊断,并对其保守治疗(甲氨蝶呤-MTX)过程进行动态监测。结果TVCD检查对63例宫外孕患者的早期确诊率达100%。宫外孕保守治疗成功30例(占54%),失败25例。包块内探及血流信号者,其血β-HCG下降速度较快,保守治疗成功率在包块内有或无血流信号两组间无明显差异。结论TVCD检查对宫外孕早期诊断及保守治疗过程的动态监测具有重要的临床意义。

Objective To evaluate the value of transvaginal CDFI in ectopic pregnancy conservative treatment. Methods A total of 63 cases with ectopic pregnancy were diagnosed at their early stage, and their treatment procedures were monitored by transvaginal CDFI. Results The diagnostic accuracy rate of the 63 cases was 100% and the successful rate of ectopic pregnancy conservative treatment was 54%. The β-HCG of the masses dropped quickly. There was no difference of the successful rate of ectopic pregnancy conservative treatment between with and without CDFI signals. Conclusions Transvaginal CDFI ultrasound is valuable in the diagnosis of early ectopic pregnancy and for the serial monitoring of conservative treatment.
