摘要
目的 探讨萘(naphthalene)作业工人晶状体的改变。方法 以60名萘作业工人为观察组,75名不接触化学毒物的机械作业工人为对照组,通过职业史调查和眼科检查,比较两组的晶状体改变。结果 观察组60人12 0眼检出特殊形态的晶状体浑浊5例10眼(占8 .3 3 % ) ,以周边部同心圆性环形浑浊为主,并有毛刷状、斑块状等浑浊。对照组未发现类似形态的晶状体浑浊。经统计学检验,两组差异具有显著性意义(χ2 =6 .490 ,P <0 .0 5 )。结论 长期高浓度接触萘可能会导致作业工人特殊形态的晶状体浑浊改变。
Objective To explore changes of lens in naphthalin workers. Methods 60 naphthalin workers were selected as observed group and 75 machine workers not to exposure chemical poisons as the control group. The changes of lens of the two groups were compared through occupational history investigation and ophthalmic examination. Results 5 cases (10 eyes)were found that have produce lens turbidity of especial form in observed group(60 persons,120 eyes)(8.33%),the more forms of changes were annular turbidity of concentric circles in lens fringes, the rest were brushy and massive shapes,and none were found in the control group. By statistic test,the difference of the two groups was significant,χ2=6.490,P<0.05. Conclusion Workers were likely to appear lens turbidity of especial form by the long_term exposure to higher concentration naphthalin.
