眼眶肿瘤外侧开眶术围手术期护理的探讨

Nursing care for cases of orbital tumor around lateral orbitotomy.

目的 探讨眼眶肿瘤外侧开眶术围手术期护理及心理护理的方法。方法 术前进行详细的生理、心理评估,进行积极术前准备,使患者身心处于最佳状态,术后密切观察伤口和视力情况,采取半卧位以及视力监视等措施,防止眶内血肿和视力丧失,做好出院指导。结果 70例患者均无感染、眼眶内血肿或视力丧失等并发症发生,平均住院8.2天,均痊愈出院。结论 系统有效的术前及术后护理以及针对性心理护理是提高手术成功率、减少术后并发症的重要保证。

Objective To investigate the nursing method for patients of orbital tumor around lateral orbitotomy. Methods After hospitalization, the patients had get psycho-nursing care, routine instruction, lecture of disease and medication, and instruction of diet and rest. Give physio-evaluation and psycho-evaluation for these cases, make the patients get a better physically and mentally status. After operation, observe the wound and vision closely, prevent orbital hematom and visual loss, give instruction for discharge. Results Through the nursing care, all these patients had been cured, and no complication occurred. Conclusion It is important to give nursing care to patients of orbital tumor around lateral orbitotomy.
