核心蛋白聚糖在幼鼠牙齿发育中的定位及意义

摘要 目的 探讨核心蛋白聚糖(decorin ,DCN)在小鼠牙齿发育过程中的时间和空间分布特点及意义。方法 采用免疫组化法检测DCN在出生后BALB/c小鼠牙齿不同发育时期的表达及特点。结果 DCN在小鼠牙齿的发育成熟过程中具有时空特异性。在牙根尚未发育之前的牙胚钟状晚期,DCN只在前期牙本质中有表达,牙囊细胞、牙乳头细胞、牙髓细胞及成牙本质细胞皆为阴性;从第11天开始,随着牙根开始发育,DCN在牙周韧带细胞中表达,随后在牙髓细胞中表达,而且随着牙齿的发育,其表达呈逐步加强趋势,而在整个发育过程中成牙本质细胞及牙本质始终为阴性。结论 DCN在发育牙齿组织中的表达具有时空特异性,可能对牙齿的发育起重要作用。 Objective To study the expression of decoton(DCN) in the developing tooth of postnatal mice. Methods A postnatal mice tooth developing model was built histologically. Immunohistochemical technique was adopted to determine the expression of DCN in the developing tooth. Results DCN was merely present in predentin in postnatal stages; while it was positively located in periodontal ligament cells and dental pulp cells, but negatively in dentin and odontoblasts after the 11 th day. Conclusion The expression of DCN has temporal and spatial specificity and it may play an important role in the tooth development.
